This is actually our third, what is becoming an annual, trip to Hawaii. I am a little behind on getting up pictures for the other two trips, about two years behind. Each trip we have gone with different folks. The first trip was with Stacey's parents and our good friend Rod Zollinger, last year was with my brother Jon and two sisters Robyn and Jeni, my Uncle Doug his family and Holli and Natali Zollinger. This year we went with Stacey's brother Craig Soctt and his family. Here is the cast:

We left on Friday March 22nd out of the San Francisco airport

The ride to Oahu is just over five hours, Sofi watched "Pete's Dragon" on the DVD player.

We stayed at the same place as last year, a house just off the beach outside of Hanalei, actually in the town of Haena, just down the road from the Hanalei Colony Resort and about two miles from the end of the road.

The beach in front of the house is really not that great for swimming, in fact we have never done more than play in the sand and wade.

The house itself is quite large, with 1 master bedroom, and two smaller (but not tiny) bedrooms with a large bathroom in the middle.

We had a great time hanging out watching TV in the evenings.

We even watched the Academy Awards
