At any camp, food is a big consideration, whether your packing it in your self or eating that cooked by someone else. This is the mess hall at the camp. This year they decided to server food line style, in years past it had been family style. Cafeteria style allowed them to save money on paper products (they used metal trays) as well as on leftover food since the handling and reuse rules are different on cafeteria food. Nonetheless the scouts complained about the quantity and quality.
