Saturday we headed off to walk to the lower Yosemite falls. Several of us brought bikes so we headed down off the nice paved trails in the valley.
The weather was perfect. At times it was slow going due to stopping for "squirrel alerts", which occurred each time a squirrel was spotted.
Couldn't be a more beautiful place to ride your bikes though.
The trails were not that crowded and views were breath taking.

Of course everywhich way you looked Half Dome loomed from the valley floor.
Bike riding continued in the evening, with Kiah and Julia teaching Millie how ride her bike.
There is a tiny look of uncertainty in her eyes.
But she did in fact succeed!
